2. Subject of the Offer

The seller provides a paid digital service: GameGuessr VIP — a one-month entitlement linked to your Steam-authenticated account.

VIP includes, while active: larger private rooms for hosts, unlimited rounds (within technical limits of the service), custom invite codes, VIP profile cosmetics where available, and a 1.5× profile XP multiplier. VIP does not change quiz answer fairness or match scoring rules.

Core quiz modes remain available without VIP. VIP expands limits and convenience; it is not a separate closed game.

3. Price

Current list price for one month of VIP in the Russian interface: 299,00 ₽ (RUB). For other interface languages the checkout amount follows the price shown on the VIP page for that language/currency (for example $2.99 for English / USD).

The amount charged is the price displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. Taxes and acquiring fees are applied as configured by the payment provider and applicable law.

4. How to buy and how you receive the service

To buy VIP you must sign in with Steam, open the VIP page, and complete payment via Robokassa (or another provider configured by the seller).

Delivery is digital only: after successful payment confirmation from the provider, VIP is activated on your account automatically, usually within a few minutes. No physical goods are shipped. You receive the service by using GameGuessr while signed in.

The entitlement period is one calendar month from activation (or extension from the current VIP end date if VIP is already active), unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Acceptance of the Offer

The Offer is accepted when you start checkout and complete payment for VIP. By paying you confirm that you have read this Offer, the Privacy policy, and that you purchase VIP for personal use of the service.

6. Refunds and refusal

VIP is a digital service with immediate access after payment. If VIP was not activated due to a technical fault on the seller’s side, contact support with your Steam display name and approximate payment time — we will activate VIP or refund as appropriate.

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged after a failed payment, write to support; confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded.

A refund may be refused when VIP was activated and used as intended, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. To request a refund or cancel a mistaken purchase, email support within a reasonable time and describe the situation.

Refunds, when granted, are processed through the same payment provider where possible; timing depends on the bank/provider.

7. Free service and accounts

GameGuessr also provides free quiz features. Free use is governed by the same conduct rules below. Some features require Steam login. GameGuessr does not receive Steam passwords.

Display names and inputs must not be abusive or impersonating. You grant the seller a limited license to store and display that data as needed to run rooms, profiles, and support.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Illegal activity or disruption of the service
• Impersonation, harassment, or abusive display names
• Unauthorized access, scraping, bots, or score manipulation
• Abuse of rooms, payments, or feedback channels

9. Availability and changes

The seller may limit, suspend, or change parts of the service for maintenance, abuse prevention, legal reasons, or operational needs. Material changes to VIP benefits or this Offer will be reflected on this page; continued purchase after an update means acceptance of the new terms for new payments.

GameGuessr is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam. Steam trademarks belong to Valve. Game titles and artwork belong to their respective rights holders.

10. Liability

The service is provided as available. Steam store data, images, and prices may differ from the live store. To the extent allowed by law, liability for paid VIP is limited to the amount you paid for the unused portion of the latest VIP period, excluding indirect or consequential loss.
